New to 10-12hr shifts , Any Tips?

Hey bookie butttsss!! I just secured a great paying warehouse job BUT we are in mandatory overtime 10-12hrs almost everyday. This is my first time doing more than 8hrs. Any tips on how to make the day not feel so long ? Or maybe which hours I should take my breaks to make the day not feel so long ?

Staying focused. How many breaks you get. I work at Burlington Coat Factory warehouse I also do 10-12hrs and I get two 30s. Don’t try to focus on the clock it will only make your day slower

Bring lots of snacks & stay hydrated! I like to take my break about 8 hours in depending on the work flow that day. Don’t sacrifice your breaks!
